Service Description
This 90 Minute Intuitive reflexology session blends traditional reflexology with my attuned, cultivated awareness of the body—supporting a deeper recognition of where tension is held and where the body is ready for release, balance, and reconnection. Your 90 Minute session includes: Foot Soak Review of Systems/Concerns Full Body Energy Scan Gentle Joint Freeing and Relaxation Techniques Relaxing Acupressure to Head (and hands time permitting) Comprehensive Reflexology to Feet Warm Towels Focus is primarily on the feet and legs using a specific practice that walks reflex points that mirror the internal organs and systems of the body. Hands and ears may also be accessed if I am guided there. During your session you will be held and supported. This is YOUR time to reconnect with your divine Self. No phones, no technology, no outside world – allow me to provide space for you to just, be. Reflexology can help with (but not limited to): Neuropathy & Nervous System Decrease in Stress & Anxiety Enhance Relaxation & Sleep Improve Memory Headaches Increase Blood Circulation
Cancellation Policy
By booking this appointment you understand: Foot reflexology can be beneficial for people of all ages and health conditions, from infants to seniors. It can be particularly helpful for people who are experiencing stress, anxiety, pain, or other health issues. Foot reflexology SHOULD NOT BE PERFORMED if you have open wounds, skin disease of the feet, fractures to the feet or lower legs, or other active injuries to the feet, thrombosis, recent surgery, active gout, severe circulatory issues, or if you are pregnant and in your first trimester. It is always important to speak with your healthcare provider before trying any new therapy. Cancellations and/or Reschedules must be made 24 hours in advance. When a cancellation/reschedule is made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, I reserve the right to hold your deposit. If I am able to fill your appointment time, your deposit will be applied to your next visit. (I will always do my best!) No-shows will be charged the full session amount.
